Return/Exchange Policy

Thanks for shopping with us! Girls Who Travel is a volunteer run organization - and that includes our shop. The small proceeds from your purchase help to cover some of the costs of this group (such as the website where this shop is hosted!). Because we are volunteer run, we are only able to offer a few items and we ask for your patience and understanding when encountering any issues. We will do our best to assist you in a timely manner.



All products marked PRINTFUL are fulfilled by an outside supplier and we are subject to their policies. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on their part are covered at their expense.

Printful does not offer exchanges.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
